446. Can More Than One Thing Be True At Once?
I do wonder if almost everyone has this epiphany in their lifetime. My friend did recently, and it somewhat blew her mind. To be honest, it was something I had noodled on a while ago, but never quite thought through. So why not address it?
So what exactly is this statement saying. More than one thing can be true at once. I suppose the best place to start in describing this is the “spectrum” of energy and actuality. We often times categorize things into binary terms. Did you do something? Yes or no. Did this happen? Yes or no. In a way, there’s lots of times our physical matrix can be “confirmed” with yes or no. Is there a cake sitting in front of you? The answer, to many people, would be obvious.
But can we dive into this concept a bit more?
I often times talk about how difficult it can be to discern that “the sky is blue”. Something that we use as a phrase in terms of “obvious” things. But is it truly tat obvious? The sky is… multiple colors. From what I’ve heard, we’re only seeing the reflection from the ocean. What if the ocean wasn’t there? Would it be something else? Does it lack color, but simply act as a mirror? And what about our perception? Do different people perceive the idea of blue differently, or the color itself? There are so many different ideas and variations with even a physical matrix, that when we talk about spirituality, our mental state and our emotions, the options and opportunities are endless to have multiple things be true at once.
But let’s talk about this quantitatively. How can there be “multiples”. This is purely due to the fact that at any given point in time, we’re operating with multiple entities or energies. Since we live in a relatively 4D to 5D world, we’re an incredibly multi-dimensional species. Let’s think of it this way. Someone asks you to to come to a plan. You don’t really like the people there, you’re feeling exhausted, etc. There are multiple “reasons” for not doing something. We also fail to realize the depth of emotion. If someone asks if you like them, there may be multiple complexities based on what “like” means to you, and to them. Did they like you at a certain point/place in time, and haven’t checked in with their energies? Is there an energy so prominent in which they’ve done something wrong, that it’s all you can focus on? When we have multiple energetic attachments to human beings in particular, there’s no real sense in understanding what the “truth” is. You sort of, at any given moment, have to consider multiple energetic “orbs” or experiences in order to inform your decisions. I think this is often times why there’s a breakdown in communication, particularly in relationships. Often times resentments build over time. That on top of a heightened emotional state due to lack of our own personal healing, it’s somewhat of a dumpster fire of problems.
Not to add to the confusion, but I also wanted to pull in my own perception of this statement, as a channeler. I once heard that being able to hold two “thoughts” at once was of a great evolved experience or ability. I never actually understood this, until I experienced it once while channeling. While one of your senses is picking up one impression, another is picking up a different one. They simultaneously hold the same space, but are different entities. You’re able to experience both in real time, while still having a “knowing” in a spiritual essence what they both are, and what’s going on. While this may be not a sustainable approach for many people in terms of their understanding of energies and/or the world… consider the concept. We live in a multi-dimensional reality where our timelines co-exist with other timelines. On top of that, we have a higher self. We have past lives. There are not just multiple timelines going on in our own worlds, not to mention other ones. It can be exhausting to even compute how much of our energy exists, not within our own body. However, this is up to everyone’s interpretation of how they see themselves from a spiritual lens.
So if we have multiple energetic orbs going on at once and there are multiple reasons or answers for our existence, how can we possibly know or understand what “truth” is? This may be too powerful of a question for me to even comprehend. It is an interesting one, though. As I’ve been discerning a bit better, due to my own healing journey. As I’ve released old, negative and stagnant energy, I find that I’m gaining more clarity into “truth”. I’m a better channeler, I know and understand things within my own body more. And my gut instinct feels… correct. I’m able to align, because I’m a clear channel. So is this the answer? Becoming a clearer channel? Maybe. But I think that there’s some things which only the universe knows. Particularly in combination with our own free will. Perhaps the concept of truth itself is somewhat of a fallacy. Maybe everything is make-believe, and we’re simply manifestors “creating” our own reality. Whoever has the strongest vision… wins. Although, admittedly, there’s certainly something more. When I am personally aligned to source, it’s something which feels so much far greater beyond myself. So perhaps being out of your own perception value is understanding truth. As if the universe truly knows truth, and we’re just beings bopping around so consumed with our own problems and distracted, we can’t quite see it. In a way, distraction and avoidance, in my opinion, is often times why we can’t experience or understand the “other side” in western culture.
There’s no wrong answer in terms of how or why this is the case. But due to the complexities of our being… I will say… that I at least know the statement is truth :).
