What to (generally) expect

Pro+Kinetix Reiki sessions:

• Please arrive 5 minutes early to your session if you are a new Pro+Kinetix client. Per building policy, you will be required to sign a liability waiver.

• Depending on the time of your visit the gym may be open or locked. If locked, I’ll be present to let you in.

• Private room includes a dressed spa table. Facility includes a restroom and water fountain.

• Ground floor/accessible room available upon request (see intake forms upon booking).

• Session may include high-vibrational music, crystals, crystal wands, essential oils and light-touch (touch is optional and not needed to perform the service).

• All sessions will include a “traditional” Reiki service, intuitive messages, guidance and advice, practical suggestions, affirmations and intentions.

• Unfamiliar with Reiki? It may appear that I’m chaotically moving my hands around or close to your body, but I’m using my intuition to uncover areas of dense or old, negative and stagnant energy. To truncate the Reiki philosophy, we tend to accumulate energies almost as “orbs” in and around our body. When they no longer serve us and we struggle to release them for any given reason, they tend to plague us mentally, emotionally or at times, physically. “Clearing” your energetic channel allows for more receptivity, connection, luck, success and abundance. My point of differentiation is my ability to feel and sense these energies, as well as intellectualize and articulate them to bring them to your conscious awareness.

• You may be a good candidate for Reiki if you’re feeling tired, exhausted or sluggish. You may not feel like yourself or feel there’s some inherent “blocks”. In comparison to virtual intuitive readings, Reiki is more “hands-on” and would be more appropriate for those dealing with physical symptoms, whether that be discomfort, pain or disconnect.
  

  In-Home Reiki sessions:

• Please ensure you have an area or space ready to perform the service. Your comfort is priority and can include a couch, chair, yoga mat, bed, etc. For certain areas/circumstances I may be able to provide a dressed spa table for you in your home, to use during the time of your service. If this is of interest to you, please request and confirm with me upon booking.

• Session may include high-vibrational music, crystals, crystal wands, essential oils and light-touch (touch is optional and not needed to perform the service).

  In-home cleansings:

• All sessions will include a full-home smudging with either palo santo or white sage (traditional energy purgers).

• 15-minute sessions are appropriate for moving locations, a “spruce-up” of the space, or to transition into a new path or period of life which may be impacted by your home. Will prioritize the smudging over all-else, as well as any important or urgent messages (guidance or advice) which need to be delivered regarding the space. Upon smudging, I will intellectualize the energy in the space, focus/prioritize areas of density (resonant energy) and work to release them. Intentions will be set at the beginning or throughout the service to support the cleansing ritual. A meditation may take place which allows any conscious energies (spirits, etc.) within the space to be released.

• 45-minute sessions are appropriate for those already settled or familiar with their space and looking to have a refresh, know more, receive intellectual and practical advice moving forward. This may include organizational tips, Feng-Shui inspired suggestions, notes about decor, colors, neighbors, your community, and more! We will work through each (desired) area of your home to provide messages and understand more about aspects and elements of your space. The intention is to optimize your home, its belongings and inhabitants to prime yourself and your family for success. Sometimes there are things right under our nose which are opportunities or causing us problems/need refinement. Together, we’ll come up with pragmatic solutions to elevate your space and overcome problems. The tone of this session is positive, thought-starting and solution-oriented. They are some of my favorite sessions to do, and a great supplement to those who love their home, value creativity and tailoring their space to their needs.
