0. How To Transmute Old, Negative Or Stagnant Energy (How To Change Your Life)
I talk about energy transmission a lot. But what is it?
It’s the process of taking energy as it exists and essentially just… releasing it.
Energy transmission is kind of interesting. It brings up a larger question of how we “remove” things from our universe. We do, in essence, create entirely new things. But did the old thing ever really cease to exist? Even if we no longer see it? Theoretically everything that is created had to exist in some shape or form before the creation of said thing. Otherwise… it wouldn’t have gotten there. So theoretically, not only can there never be nothing, but there could also not be less things than there already are… if that makes sense.
So the existence or non-existence of “things”, particularly energy, is sort of irrelevant.
It’s a bit odd to think about the most negative energies in the world. Or adversely, some of the most positive. I suppose in some ways, they will always exist.
The importance here is that we do not inhabit negativity, and we do not give that negativity power. Theoretically, negative energy without a conduit to act on it, is totally useless. This is often times why negative people are “vampires” in essence. They need others to survive. Perhaps physically, but also mentally and emotionally. This isn’t to say that needing people or wanting to be around people is negative, as being around people and forming connections and relationships is really the only way to transmute this karma.
In an ideal relationship, you’re both looking out for the other person’s transmission of negative energy. One person is going through a hard time, and you support them in this process by assisting them or holding space. And then this process goes back and forth. That is truly what the “commitment” fo relationships and connections is. We form attachments with others in order to put ourselves up to a mirror. This reflection allows us to examine what we know about ourselves in a really brilliant way. Otherwise, we may get too caught up in our own perception values and not “see” our issues. Until we go out and interact with the world, we may live in our own bubble and think we’re perfectly “fine”.
Throughout time, we release these negative energy “orbs” as I like to call them. They can attach to us for a variety of reasons. Typically, we experience some type of negativity, whether that be subconscious or conscious, and we hold onto this energy. This is relatively similar to how trauma tends to effect us overtime. I think that we are all fundamentally under the same understanding that when we do not acknowledge and accept our “demons”, they tend to come back to haunt us.
From my perspective, if we can be professionals at transmuting negative energy, we can “win” at life. Literally, what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger. If we can release every negative experience we’ve ever had, we would be and could be theoretically unstoppable.
It’s unfortunate because I don’t feel that the collective thinks this way. There’s a lot of shame and guilt in regards to harboring negative energy. Although as a collective we don’t tend to enforce this, societal structures such as the patriarchy promotes it.
Energy transmission isn’t just a way of life because I say it is, it has to happen. As we go throughout time, we evolve. Our environment evolves. We are required to shift and change energetically in order to adapt.
So how do we transmute negative energy? Here’s the steps:
Acknowledge: It may seem simple to acknowledge a problem, but you’d be surprised. People may often go through weeks or months of therapy without realizing they have a problem. This is where the “bumping into each other” energetically comes in. As we go throughout life, we retain negative energy, as well as become faced with forces to help us transmute it. It’s possible to transmute energy without being consciously aware of precisely what it is, or what its overarching theme is, it can be helpful. It’s sometimes difficult to acknowledge when we are in a low vibrational space (due to the idea of self preservation, or wanting to preserve things precisely how they are). If this is the case, the good news is that we often times have natural inclinations leading us toward this process of energy transmission. Typically through our higher selves or with the help of our spirit guides. We have a tendency to want to do what’s good for us, or what we’re attracted to. It’s important to discern what is a compulsion out of fear and self preservation, and what is actual growth and development. Whenever you feel an intense “need” for something, or that you will not be whole without it… typically that’s a compulsion. Whatever brings you peace is likely the route for you.
Accept: When we have a reasonable grasp on the issue, it’s time to “accept”. How do we do this? We essentially “bring light” to the situation. We fundamentally think, feel, see, breathe, etc. that this problem is true and real. But more importantly, we acknowledge that it’s a part of us currently, and that it’s okay. When we have deep shame about a situation, we just stuff the problem deeper and deeper inside ourselves, so that it never reaches the light of day. The most important part of this process is knowing that this process of accepting is good. If we consider this negative part of ourselves to not exist, we are kind of negating the point. True grace and spiritual awakening is acknowledging that evil and negativity does exist. It likely lives inside of us. And if we believe that we are free from all evil, we’ll never be equipped enough to tackle or handle it. Getting to that “ah-ha” moment is super important. This may look like a “declaration” of some sort. Or perhaps even just a sense of peace. It’s the “I am” this negativity, but I don’t have to be for long.
Proactively transmute: I use the term “proactive” for a good reason. The road to healing is typically never linear. Reason being is that this negativity sort of forms a “web” and leaches on to our energetic body. It’s possible that one singular negative experience was the catalyst for several other ones. So releasing this energy may not be a one time thing. It may be totally ongoing. It may require you to “check in” with yourself in regards to this energy. It may also look like a daily, weekly or monthly physical action keeping up with it. Often times this can look like a lot of different things, and it can vary depending on what the negativity is. It can be reintegrating with your community, seeking therapy, healing your past connections, doing things outside your comfort zone, etc. It can be more specific and granular, or pretty broad and abstract. But the important part is that it’s relevant. You don’t really get to the root issue if you’re trying to overcome, for example, fear of loneliness, and you’re deciding to make a small adjustment to your diet. While of course, I do believe that everything has intention and relevance, and is helpful so long as it’s moving in the right direction, it doesn’t have enough relevance, or it does not share enough similar energetic signatures for there to be enough momentum and inertia to really push you into the next level in a realistic timeline. Despite time not being our enemy, we must work productively with it. Ideally, what you do moving forward is a positive spin on this particular overarching concept or theme. For example, if you’re struggling with the negative feeling of loneliness, perhaps you can help inspire others to feel less lonely. You can also work to bridge “connections” with really anything or anyone. Could even be with nature. There’s so many vast experiences and ideas related to loneliness, that the list can go on. Again, lean into what your intuition is telling you, and what “feels” right for next steps. Of course, depending on your particular issue, it may be important to discuss with a licensed professional. However, we of course need to conduct ourselves autonomously at other times in our lives.
The key to being successful with energy transmission is to work to overcome our fears and to get ourselves outside of our comfort zone as much as possible. While routines and loops can be important to maintain good self-care and homeostasis, we struggle to have a third person’s perspective when we do not step outside of our own and current routine or perception value. We really need to “look in” to our situation to see it from an unbiased perspective. Consistent checking in with yourself as well as using your intuition on a daily basis will really help bridge any gaps between your conscious and your subconscious mind. In other words, what you’re perceiving in your current reality in comparison to what the “truth” is about your current reality. It may seem overwhelming, but the truth is, even highly intuitive people do this with ease. Some people who don’t even believe in intuition are already using it flawlessly, because it’s so integrated. It’s important not to overthink. Be a great energy transmuter and be quite literally… unstoppable.
