234. How Physical, Mental & Emotional Cross Paths
Often times we realize that our verbiage/vernacular crosses paths over different areas/aspects of life, but it’s all incredibly relevant from a metaphysical perspective. Consider that everything ultimately ladders up to an overarching concept or theme. So let’s talk about certain physical aspects which cross over to mental/emotional.
Why is this important? Consider that our energetic bodies are like a web, but more importantly, energies cross over different channels/mediums. When you improve a certain physical area of your life, by proxy, you’ll in some way shape or form improve the mental/emotional ones as well. This is because the physical manifestations of our bodies are manifestations of root, spiritual causes. Here’s a list of things to consider:
Strength: Strength is a broad term, but consider strength training if you need more mental fortitude.
Power: For me, power speaks confidence. I don’t think there’s necessarily one workout which is related to power in particular, but I imagine it like accomplishing a goal. Rolling through something with a distinct intensity.
Flexibility: This one is pretty straightforward, but if you’re a bit too stubborn in your everyday life, consider flexibility training.
Agility: Are you having trouble navigating through challenges? Consider agility courses.
Endurance: Endurance often times seems more challenging when it comes to physicality. Since our lives are so fast, it’s challenging to imagine what needs endurance. But there are certainly times, particularly when it comes to our connections or inter-personal connections. Don’t give up!
Cross-training: This can speak to navigating through multiple things quickly, or perhaps multi-tasking.
