261. How To Discern
For a moment, I feel the world is somewhat still in terms of arguments, decisions and confusions. But that’s likely to change. At the height of COVID, we were challenged as a species in terms of what is “truth” as an entire collective, as well as what’s truth for us on an individual level. And we continue to make these decisions.
There are of course two schools of thought. One being relinquishing control/advising to licensed professionals, and another is to use our inherent intuition to make choices/decisions. But how can we make smarter/better decisions when/where there are so many so-called experts in the field?
The biggest challenge that we have is how quickly energy evolves. One minute something can be “truthful” collectively speaking, and another minute it’s not. Even if/when we do default to science, for how long is it entirely accurate?
I’m sure that you’ve been in situations where you’ve sought out medical advice only to be disappointed, confused or misdiagnosed. Even our established rules and boundaries do not always work well for us.
If we had a “solid” system of prevention and treatment, we would hypothetically be without problems. But evidence shows that there’s more going on. There is no “one size fits all” answer. Yes, of course we have general guidelines and as a collective we “understand” what is generally high vibrational, but there are way too may nuances. Particularly in this day in age when/where we’re evolving much more rapidly, it’s likely that we will not only create more problems without solutions, but create problems on the fringe of what our understandings even are. Without real-time answers and solutions, we need to come up with them ourselves. But how on earth do we do that?
Here’s some steps on how to discern:
Fundamentally/whole heartedly understanding the concept: This can be tricky. But it’s really taking a step back and understanding what the “point” of the problem or issue is. There are lots of ways to do this. One is to overstep your cognitions of fear to realize when you’ve unintentionally projected any of your issues onto a situation. I reckon that by the time you get to a life altering decision, there’s a good chance that avoidance has come into play to get you here/there. Often times gigantic issues/problems and events come about because energy has not been resolved previously, and it leads to a cataclysmic event. The other part of this is understanding the overarching concept or theme. Consider that any and all physical manifestations have an overarching concept or theme. Why are you going through this particular situation or event? What does it mean for you now and long-term. Rather than freaking out by whatever it is you’re dealing with, allow yourself to digest it. Often times we do not need to make game-time decisions, so you likely have a moment to breathe.
“Breathe” into the concept or acceptance: This is similar to the previous step, however it’s more physical than intellectualizing it. When we come to a level fo acceptance, we indirectly set the intention that we’re going to address the issue. There are lots of ways we can do this. Even when we “attempt” to resolve an issue, we kind of skirt around it. By simply setting the intention to “accept” said problem or issue, you’re well on your way to resolving it.
Analyze solutions or resolutions: Consider the options and opportunities needed to be taken to resolve the problem. There are two general questions you need to ask yourself: Is the information I’m receiving from an accredited source? And do I intuitively resonate with it/feel that it’s true? Consider that sources are typically professional, reviewed, and the people/places or things expressing this information are established and supported. If the answer is “yes” to both of these questions, it’s likely that you will feel comfortable moving forward in your decision. If the answer is “no” to one of these things, it’s likely that more research is needed to make a decision. Consider that I truly believe that energy takes time to resolve. In other words, an answer is not always true/valid or readily available at every single moment. “Time” still exists in this dimension, and we are reasonably beholden to it. With that said, you certainly do not want the exact opposite to take place. Ensure that you are committed to discovering/finding out an answer, and it’s not just a way to avoid the issue.
Let it “flow” through your intuition: Upon making a decision, allow yourself to “sit” with it intuitively. Consider any and all repercussions, areas of your life in which this will effect, other people/places or things this will effect. Leave yourself open for any and all other intuitive information and hits to come through. This is why it’s particularly important not to only have an established foundation to your life (so that you can filter new decisions through your current values and identity), but also be reasonably aligned to your intuition. There are lots of ways to align to your intuition before you need to get into this process of decision making, and there’s lots of resources available online to help you with that. However, in essence, you always are with your intuition, it’s just however much you allow yourself to access it, and remove any and all blocks related to fear.
Intentions: Don’t over inundate yourself with intentions to the point that you’re getting confused. But feel free to set any you’d like. You can simply say, “I will make the decision which is in my highest good”. You can even ask to receive signs about the decision to make. Remember that “help” from the universe is always available to those who ask for it.
Work with the consequences (or lack there of) of your actions: Not every decision is easy. And more often than not, there are consequences. It’s not intended to be a burden, however you are intended to exist with self-responsibility. No matter what you go through, you can always come out of it. You can always change your life, change energy, and exist in any way which you’d like. The physical manifestation may not always be precisely what you envisioned, however, you’re entitled to exist and live in the way that you want in this lifetime. A bonus is to really comprehend the learning lesson that you went through. If you can start to deduce patterns, you can make better and smarter decisions in the future.
