334. Where Is Energy Stuck In Your Body?
Such coincidental timing after I do my nightly exercise in an attempt to release all of the old, negative and stagnant energy in my body. Does it work? Maybe. Sometimes it’s hard to tell.
If we consider that our bodies (or at least our energetic bodies) are an amalgamation of different parts, some of what is us is stuck to us from other people, places and things. Who knows, maybe we have entities stuck to it. But no matter if we think it’s negative or positive, some of it just doesn’t really belong with us any more. It’s just not at our “perfect” vibration.
There are so many different ways that you can remove this negative energy, but I find it to be particularly helpful to understand where it lives on your body. Again, lots of ways that you can do it, but here’s the fastest way:
Find a comfortable seat, or you can lay down for this exercise. Be sure that you are distraction-free. Do your best to try to relax all of the muscles in your body. It may be helpful to go through a brief meditation beforehand. Then, you’re going to want to picture a bright light above your head. You can consciously acknowledge/think that this light is your guide to show you where the old, negative or stagnant energy is. Very slowly, you can visually bring this light down through your body from your head down to your toes. Where does it stop? Where does it get stuck? Is there anything else that you can notice about this light? Even if you don’t get a solid answer, all impressions are important impressions. Write them down and as time goes on, look to see what patterns develop. As your intuition strengthens, you may be able to pick up more things.
You can also check out my post on “sweating out” energy coming soon. It’s also a good idea to separately set the intention to release this energy, or receive signs as to where it is on your body.
When you get really tuned into your body, you may be able to “ask” your body where it needs work, and then suddenly your attention is pointed to a particular area. Sometimes I use my hand, or just my mind. As you meditate and open yourself up, see what comes through. Personally, I’ve had a lot of past experiences/traumas come out of my body this way. It may sound wild, but typically we’re always in a state of repressing or rejecting this energy, and it really just wants to be surfaced/released. So simply the fact of consciously being aware of it can sometimes do the trick. Happy finding!
