434. We Are What We Project & Perceive

We, as people, have so many questions as to how we are the way we are, and why we do things. An escalated example of this would be something like serial killers. We tend to have a fascination with the mind, the mental process and psychology. After all, if we can understand more about the way we do things, perhaps in a way, we can change the trajectory of our lives. We tend to have an obsession with hypnosis, behavioral therapy, “hacks”, routines and more. What can we do to improve the quality of our lives?

Metaphysics provides us a way into this topic, as everything ultimately begins with one’s self. As a channeler, I know and understand this deeply. I can see the correlation between our energies and what we’ve experienced in comparison to what we’re currently experiencing, and our future trajectory. Although it can sometimes be a tangled web, based on how many energies we’re working with at any given time, there’s often validating correlations.

The simplest way to explain or describe this is through concepts and themes. I’ve written about concepts and themes before, and outlined what common ones are. Let’s take abundance for example, as a theme. If a person has experienced multiple traumas and tragedies surrounding the concept of abundance, it’s likely that they’ll continue to pursue options and opportunities which challenge this theme. The point of “challenging” a theme is not only to continue the learning lesson, but to help purge old energies related to these negative past experiences. In other words, life may bring us to an experience or situation in which we’re able to successfully master a small part of the theme, and we ultimately gain confidence, positivity, and as a result, releasing and healing ability.

I often times speak about how our bodies are an amalgamation of parts, and it certainly keeps score. In a way, I find that old, negative and stagnant energies not only stick to us, but they also act as “prisms” in which we see the world. Chances are if you have a lot of trauma with a particular theme, you’ll likely see the world through this lens. Go into experience almost expecting or anticipating it happening. In a way, our internal compass is driving us to these people, places or things. And we wonder why we continue to perpetuate the same negative behaviors. It’s truly, all driven by us.

Because we’re not overly aware of these things, we tend to suffer from them. I will say that as time goes on, we, as a society, are getting better about intellectualization as well as cognitive mental health therapy. So we are continuing to address. But I think there’s still a ways to go, or at least not soon enough, understanding the relationship with our “fate” that the universe has in store for us, in relation to what we’re holding onto energy-wise.

Everyone questions why people do certain silly or perhaps even obscene things. Something that comes to mind are “Karen’s” when they’re arguing or disrespecting people out in public. It’s clear that they are in fact struggling with these same themes internally, but likely unaware of them. That energy is residing inside of them, and when they’re “challenged” they can either rise to the occasion, or fold. And of course in the mentioned situations, they fold.

It can be challenging to turn the mirror on us. I think in a way, when we work to be responsible for our own behavior, we ultimately become hurt. Because the traumas and negative experiences we went through were in fact not our fault. But the truth is, that ultimately doesn’t matter. It’s our responsibility to heal from it. When we’re able to face these fears and negative “orbs” as I like to call them, that’s where and when change actually takes place.

I like to go through the process of acknowledgment, acceptance and transmission of energy, which is a pinned post. I find that affirming and intention setting that you want to start releasing negative energy (it can be a blanket statement, if you don’t know what it is), is enough for the universe to start putting wheels in motion.

There’s something to be said about your soul, your spirit and your authenticity. But keep in mind, those things are positive, magical and beautiful. They aren’t scary, fearful, negative, painful, or otherwise. That’s the negative energy. So if you are struggling with anything in your life, the root cause may be chalked up to a negative experience. And not to over-complicate this topic, but sometimes it can span before you were born, from past lives. As this life is simply a blip on the radar for us. Past life readings, meditations and regressions can go into this. But it’s likely important to start in this life, as its most relevant. If you were struggling with a theme in a past life, it’s more than likely that you will have acquired experiences in this life related to that theme, so no need to jump to a past life to find something totally foreign to you.

As people, we are pro’s at rejecting and repressing. We compartmentalize energies because we can’t deal with it. And I don’t blame us. Sometimes we need to move it away so we can survive. But this should only be temporary. As it’s needed to go away, for us to thoroughly thrive.
