75. Daydreaming & Stillness

Arguably, our ability to daydream is one of the strongest keys that we have to the realm of our subconscious. You may be thinking… daydreaming is just imagination? Sometimes it’s completely irrelevant, hardly real. Or perhaps you may just even daydream about things that you have to do during a day. I feel that when we are in a daydreaming “zone”, we’re sort of out of the matrix. We’re really silo’d into our own consciousness projection, or hypothetically, a different dimension. It’s just sort of dream-like. So why do we do this? I find myself often times over-inundated or simply bored, and I my eyes start to wander and that’s when the daydreaming begins. I would argue that channeling is focused and intentional daydreaming. But what is the benefit of it being unfocused? By not focusing, you really allow yourself to be open to anything and everything from the universe. It can be an external impression, or something which needs to come to the forefront from your subconscious. Being so incredibly receptive is being entirely aware. I find that there’s nothing you can’t “solve” by a good channeling or daydreaming session. While it being either a necessary escape from reality, or the opportunity for our higher self to talk to us, understanding your daydreaming tendencies can tell you a lot about yourself and what you need to focus on.

Are you daydreaming about more pragmatic, practical things? Perhaps this means that there’s a bit of stress and anxiety to work through here.

Are you daydreaming about things which are completely unknown? Things which seem “magical”? Perhaps you’re a channeler yourself, and are indirectly channeling different points and place sin time beyond earth.

Perhaps you’re daydreaming about different people, different places or possibilities. Are you daydreaming about a place you want to go in the future? An anticipated interaction? It’s important to understand how you “fee’ during this daydreaming process. If it’s stress and tension, it’s likely that there’s some old, negative or stagnant energy that you need to process. If it’s calm and peaceful, it’s likely some type of foreshadowing or your subconscious telling you that this is what it wants you to feel, to achieve, to be in the future.

Note that even though some daydreams don’t seem “real”, it doesn’t mean that the feeling isn’t.

Sometimes these feelings need a safe way of coming out, and when we are “still”, they’re able to.

Often times we don’t give ourself enough “space”. And I don’t just mean physical space. When we’re completely over-inundated and distracted, we don’t have room to process any new information, unless it’s physically being presented to us. There’s no time to process our old emotions. But it’s so important to do so, because if we keep all of this stuff locked in, we can’t release it.

Note that “stillness” doesn’t necessarily mean meditation which is sitting on the ground. So long as you feel you have the opportunity to daydream, this stillness may still count.

Keep seeking out opportunities which make you feel at peace, not just stillness and daydreaming. This is when we are truly in full alignment, and when we can make progress and magic happen.
