110. What Does It Mean To Be A Good Spiritual Person

I have to admit, I wrote down this prompt and I quite frankly have no idea what I meant by it.

I’ve talked a lot about what it means to be a “good” spiritual person from a singular perception value. We may think that being a good spiritual person is meditating, is eating right, exercising, etc. Maybe it’s being nice and kind to others. But not only is this almost irrelevant to spirituality, it’s more so relevant to overall vibration as well as your own happiness, it’s very… surface level in essence.

I can tell you with truth, when I’ve been at my peak with my health and wellness, I’ve felt great. But quite frankly, I did the same quality of spiritual work in a low vibration. My channeling abilities remained the same. Now I know this isn’t the same for everyone. And it will ultimately be up to you to decide what level your spirituality is being influenced by your daily, physical actions.

But here’s the thing. Whenever I hear these physical or surface level things, I immediately recoil. Because I don’t feel that it reaches the depths of spirituality which are truly important in this physical world, in this lifetime. So what do I feel are?

  • Standing up in the face of adversity

  • The truest resonance and feeling you can imagine, which is irrelevant to any physical factors. Meaning it can reject or coincide physical reality and any and all elements of it

  • A cause, mission or purpose for the good of humanity

  • Completely open-ended reason for being, willing and living

  • Ability to “connect”, whether that be through spiritual practices and/or resonations. Executions can be anything from healing, guidance and advice, to channeling for the collective

And… that’s pretty much it. I’m sure there are a few other things and other nuances, but this is what comes to mind. True strong and overarching concepts. Not practices that we do on a daily basis in our lives. These are energetic concepts that stand the test of time. Other physical habits and activities certainly keep us at a strong level, but it’s not what makes us spiritual beings. It’s… a distraction fo the truth of what makes us spiritual beings. It’s commercialized spirituality.

There’s nothing wrong with any of these things, at all. But if you commit yourself to the cause, really commit to it. It’s not a lifestyle, it’s a state of being.

On one hand, it’s incredibly challenging to provide overarching advice, right? So while you may not resonate with the precise elements or aspects of my suggestions, here’s what I do know. I know that spirituality is much deeper. It’s not something that can be “seen”, it can only be felt. And while our physical experiences can certainly trigger that, it stems from something completely beyond our comprehending and our understanding. I wonder if some people may be slightly uncomfortable with that fact, and attempt to access spirituality through other means. Bu know that spirituality is safe and personal for you to access. There shouldn’t be ever any fear. It will always lead you to have success and luck in this lifetime.
