137. How To Unblock Yourself
It’s crazy how popular my “How To Unblock Yourself” video did on TikTok!
Just kidding, it’s because people wanted to know how to unblock themselves on the internet.
To be honest, I find that unblocking yourself from new energies is just as important. Perhaps being blocked online is a physical manifestation of this concept, no?
There are lots of tips and tricks in order to figure out if you are blocking your intentions, your manifestations and your dreams, wants and desires. Typically by thinking, feeling or saying them out loud, we feel a bit of a “scrunch” in our bodies. There’s something which doesn’t feel right. We want to pull ourselves tightly in, vs. expanding ourselves up and out. There’s something which makes us feel a twinge, or perhaps even a sharp sensation. It doesn’t feel like, an open channel.
You may also conceptually just “feel” overall, intelligently, that you’re blocked. Perhaps you’re simply observing from the universe that you’re blocked. And by blocked I simply mean, you are running into issues which prevent you from achieving all of these things.
So here are my tips:
Determine what block is: At it’s core, blocks are some type of rejection, avoidance, fear, or some type of pre-conditioned fallacy. Perhaps even this fear is simply taking responsibility for your actions. Consider writing down different patterns that you observe day to day. Try to understand what this block is, or in other words, what the overarching concept or theme is.
Ask yourself what you’re afraid of: Or what you want to avoid. Consider your biggest hopes and dreams. What, very specifically, are you afraid of? These will obviously be areas of improvement. If you’re struggling to align with what you’re afraid of, you may be consciously avoiding it. Try asking your spirit guides for signs, or even try meditating. Sometimes we don’t want to know the “truth'“, so this can take practice.
Proactively transmute this energy: Or in other words, face your fears. Remember that you have ultimate manifestation power. You are the only one holding yourself back. The best overarching advice is to raise your vibration overall. Consider how hard it is to work under negative conditions, and how much easier it is to work under positive ones. Asa. result, our approach and the way we feel is everything. Consider your overall health and wellness. What do you need to be prepped or equipped with to move forward? Everything is ultimately inter-connected, so you may find that taking care of yourself in a seemingly unsuspecting or random way, actually by proxy, helps you with a totally different concept or theme.
Start replacing negative ideas or experiences with positive ones: At this point during the process, it’s helpful to have a general understanding of what concept or theme is holding you back. Perhaps it’s fear of failure. Instead of tackling this concept head on, consider what you can do in other areas/aspects of your life to improve your fear of failure. Shall you start taking on smaller projects which are accomplishable or achievable? Do you need to work on your self-confidence overall, or perhaps validation for your work? Or even, lack of. Do you position yourself to have a safety net, so that failure is never really an option? What if you consider reframing your sense of failure, in general? There are so many interesting and different ways to improve these concepts and themes, that it’s truly endless.
Unblocking yourself is truly a journey. Remember that it’s absolutely never too late to do this process. In fact, you’re likely doing it day to day, and don’t even realize it! But it is incredibly helpful to be doing this work, this energy transmission day to day. This way you don’t end up in a hole of negativity and feel that there’s no way out. Remember that there’s always options, hope and optimism. I give you permission to start your journey!
