182. Why You Should Remain Consistent
When we examine the wavelength of a beating heart, there’s relative consistency. Curves, motion and redundancy. We are in fact, an energetic vibration (or multiple ones) which continue to repeat. This repetition allows us to “loop” so to speak, or in other words, retain our momentum and inertia throughout this world, and throughout this universe. While we each have our own unique “signatures”, in other words, our own unique thoughts, feelings, emotions, amalgamation of parts and DNA, we’re somewhat one in the same. After all, we must all come from “somewhere”, AKA source energy.
It’s clear that longevity, duration and consistency are important for leading a long life. We must do certain “behaviors” on repeat in order to survive. Breathing, eating, sleeping, etc. But otherwise, for the most part, we retain similar consistencies with our daily routines which allows us to have somewhat of mental, emotional and physical control over our environments. Much else is left up to spontaneity.
While spontaneity is of course important in order to adapt, change and grow, let’s dive into this concept a bit more. Consider you have a goal to achieve. Perhaps you want to learn a new language. It’s pretty clear that one full day of studying will likely not get you where you need to do. There’s no integration. There’s simply an “overload” of information which isn’t carried through to the future. There’s no consistency. Therefore, this information, again, isn’t being integrated. If we can imagine it in comparison to our “life” wavelength, it’s simply a blip on the radar. It’s not being carried through with the other wavelengths which are retaining our energy. We can also consider anything and everything we “consume” like energetic orbs. The more consistency and duration we inundate ourselves with these energetic “orbs”, whether that be thoughts, feelings or emotions, the more, again, integrated it becomes into our energetic bodies. It starts to make connections. It starts to “stick”.
There could be hundreds of examples, but I’m sure that you get the point. When we repeat behaviors over and over again, it actually “creates” its own unique wavelength which lives alongside our source energy wavelength, rather than again, it being a blip on our radar. It has a life force. It has motion, momentum and inertia. But most importantly, it has this consistency.
If we look at energetic wavelengths, there’s a tendency to have circular peaks. In other words, there are no sharp corners. This isn’t an accident. It’s important that conceptually and visually, energy moves through different peaks with ease. If it were to get “stuck” in corners, it would essentially cease to exist in the direction of the wavelength. Energy would build up pushing it outside its boundaries or bounds (similar to how when we over inundate our body, it could potentially bring us closer to death). Or, it almost “explodes” and moves on to other wavelengths. These “peaks” are helped carried through by consistency. With little to no consistency, or issues or “fractals” within the journey of this energy force, it becomes not only unsustainable, but it can “jump” to follow other wavelengths, or creates its own. Consider that all energy has intention, and it’s always moving. When we arrest development intentionally, this energy must go somewhere. Perhaps it’s transmuted by us, or others. But it still exists until we make the conscious or subconscious intention to change it. It’s sort of like a Tetris game. It’s all continuous moving parts. It’s up to manage, shift and control it.
But to sum up the point, consistency matches universal energy wavelengths. It matches our wavelengths, because they are consistent. Because they are looped patterns within a matrixed reality. The more we remain consistent, the more likely things are to “survive” so to speak. So remain consistent if you want lasting results!
