242. Quantum Healing

I admit that before I wrote this article I needed to look up the roper definition of quantum healing, as I often times use it but don’t have a ‘true” or real definition as to what it is, as it is already being used. As expected, it’s a process which uses techniques to heal at a sub-atomic level. This is in essence similar to my definition, however instead of just using one’s own life force, I call in other energies into this process.

The intention of this process is somewhat like Reiki. It’s removing or releasing dense negative energy in order to provide space and room for the healing. Other energies come in to help aid and assist with this healing, and almost as if you’ve removed some sort of an energetic “tumor”, this new found space is open and empty, and your life force can somewhat fill in the gaps.

I get it, it sounds quite witchy. But it does align to my knowledge of energy healing as a whole. In fact, I am a student of this practice and was able to overcome chronic pain through quantum healing.

The first step is really opening yourself up to this process. Often times those who suffer from illnesses and ailments are quite closed off or blocked off, and for good reason. It can be overwhelming and often times unhelpful to be “too open”. You can of course open yourself up to energetic attack. Particularly if you’re in a low vibrational place to begin with. But the true secret to energy healing is being open. Being receptive as well as allowing energy to move and pass through us. When we are too “tight” we form these energetic pockets. They’re almost like muscle knots, where we “store” this energy.

Don’t be intimidated, as on a subconscious level we do truly understand how this process works and what it’s like. It’s simply that our ego/conscious self is somewhat “afraid” of this process, through fear of the unknown, or perhaps ultimate fear of resolving the issue. Consider that by “solving” some of our life’s issues, we may be “blowing up” our life. This is of course... intimidating. I’ll outline the steps for quantum healing down below.

1. Lay down: This can be modified to any relaxing position if you cannot lay down. However, it’s strongly recommended as you are not “interrupting” any flows of energies by crossing legs, tilting your body in half, etc. It’s important that none of your limbs are crossed. So do not place your hands under your back, legs, etc. Nothing should be touching.

2. Take note of your body: This is the true opportunity to observe. Often times in our daily life some aches, pains or “discomforts” can go unknown. Now is your time to set the intention to tune in, and “listen”. Even if your body isn’t speaking to you per se, “go” mentally to wherever your body is leading you too. In other words, what parts of your body are popping up in your imagination? What parts have your attention? Be open to any and all impressions. It’s important to transcend any fears that we have, as any preconceived notions or avoidances will ultimately block this process. You may simply just be drawn to one area. Maybe you’ll even see some colors or shapes. It’s okay if you can’t totally understand or intellectualizing what you’re sensing and feeling. It’s simply important that you’re able to feel and observe. It’s definitely important to take note of any specific impressions that you get, as they may become more relevant over time, or multiple impressions may build upon each other. But regardless, this information isn’t necessarily important for this specific process.

3. Start the intentions: Although you’ve already set the intention to be open to receiving impressions, this is going to take it a step further to allow the quantum healing practice to begin. Consider that if you’re feeling intimidated or afraid, you can simply set the intention to be safe and protected. I often times like to set the intention that whatever happens will be for my highest good. But you may set any “safety” intention that you’d like, so long as it doesn’t interfere with the process itself. Note that clarity, information and discomfort are all part of the process. After feeling safe and protected, you’ll want to set the intention to allow quantum healing to begin. You can recite this any way that you’d like. Often times, I feel the presence of other energies. It’s somewhat challenging to understand if they are doing the work themselves, or simply guiding me. Consider that your intentions can be as specific as you’d like. You can say, I am healing “x” part of my body. I am releasing energy in “x” area. However, it’s important to keep in mind that although we may think that there are specific problems, they may be part of a larger one. So it’s sometimes best to keep it a bit more broad until you’re more finely attuned.

*Precaution: While very unusual, if you’re feeling pain during this process, it’s recommended to stop. Discomfort is likely, but any additional pain from when you started is not intended or recommended.*

4. Maintain a sense or level of peace: It may sound either obvious or maybe even pointless, but maintaining a high vibration during this process is important. Of course this process may ultimately bring up discomfort or perhaps even painful experiences or memories, which will not always keep us in this place, but your “go-to” or resting vibration should be a sense of peace and love. And admittedly, this is sometimes hard. If you don’t resonate with these feelings, it can almost be impossible. Try to inhabit the feeling of your happiest moments and memories. It shouldn’t be so distracting that it’s overwhelming, but you can use it as a jumping off point. When you become too over inundated with stress or burdened with fear and/or negativity, you can ultimately close up or really distract yourself from being present, or even allowing this process to take place.

5. Feel and observe: The great thing about this process is that it doesn’t take much work. However, it will depend on your individual circumstances. Most times I simply have a feeling that energy is being worked in my pain/pressure areas. Sometimes I feel it’s a good idea to assist this process by giving it a bit of extra love and attention and not “deny it”, if that makes sense. But so long as you set the intention and allow your higher self or subconscious self to do the work, it will do it for you. This is particularly helpful if you’re not super aligned to your intuition. However, if you feel inclined, feel free to assist with visualizations, more positive feelings, feelings or affirmations of “releasing” energy and/or filling it with more positivity or colors in the area (I usually like bright white light, bright blue or bright green). You can feel it out to see what the particular area needs. Quite frankly, often times the culprit of pain points is lack of or denial. So simply by paying attention and working through energy, you’re doing quite a lot. Remain open for any and all impressions to come to you. In a perfect scenario, you may see or feel practical, tangible advice regarding how to move forward. But that’s not always or even usually the case. See what pops up for you, however. Often times there’s a sense of feeling or memories from the past which are positive. Any and all impressions are important. Typically it’s our subconscious self “guiding” us to where our energy should be. Perhaps we’ve been in loops or neglecting our inner child. The opportunities or scenarios are truly endless. I would recommend writing down the impressions in a journal afterwards to ensure you don’t forget them.

6. There’s no real “rules”: You’ll want to face energy which you’ve been neglecting/may be uncomfortable with. But there shouldn’t be a strong sense of pain or force. It may not be pleasant, but it should not debilitate us. If anything goes awry, it’s of course okay and advised to stop the session. Sometimes this process takes practice in order to not only become “one” with your physical body, but also to pay attention to intuitive impressions. Keep practicing. I would suggest starting out with 2-ish times a week, and then you can work up to 4. I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 times a week. In terms of the time/duration, typically only a couple of minutes are needed. I would say around 10-15 would be ideal so that you can really sink into a meditative state to be receptive. If you would like assistance or help from guides or external entities, you can certainly allow this. But at the same time, you can set any boundaries you’d like, and feel free to state what you’re not comfortable with. Although I wouldn’t recommend too many “no’s”, sometimes it’s necessary when you’re first starting out.

7. The aftermath: It’s important to keep up with a healthy routine which is focused around self-care. Simply by doing quantum healing on its own with no other modifications to your lifestyle may not give you the results that you want. I would strongly recommend setting the intention that you want to be guided to better choices in your everyday routine. There’s no doubt that releasing or even loosening up this energy means that you will need to make changes. As mentioned, it’s likely you’ve been neglecting or rejecting it for quite some time. As you become more aligned to your intuition and can intellectualize energy, try to “connect the dots” with the impressions that you receive during these healing sessions. Perhaps there’s more of a message or a story to tell. Like I mentioned, anything and everything is important. Writing down information and impressions is key. Putting together patterns is key. This is where you can start to receive more hard-hitting evidence or advice. Overall, be open to change. You may have different interests. You may even have different ambitions or impulses. Consider that healing is not only not linear, but it can be a bit rocky as well. This is all part of the plan, but the intended goal will be happiness and alignment. Hang in there!
